Request a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by Fieldnote.

Apple purchases

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find your Fieldnote purchase, and choose Request a refund.

Google Play purchases

Use Google Play's order history or Google Play support to request a refund.

If something broke

Email hello@fieldnote.tours as well if a Fieldnote bug caused the problem. We cannot override store refund decisions, but we do want to investigate broken purchase or access flows.
