Delete your Fieldnote account
You can request deletion from inside the app or by email. Account deletion is permanent.
Delete in the app
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
Delete by email
Email privacy@aradeva.com from the email address on your Fieldnote account with the subject Delete my Fieldnote account.
If you no longer have access to that address, include the account email and we will ask for enough information to verify the request.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account, email address, optional name, onboarding state, and account identifiers.
- Tours started or completed, progress, passport stamps, achievements, ratings, and issue reports tied to your account.
- Bespoke draft records and ticket balances tied to your account.
- Authenticated analytics and error reports associated with your Fieldnote account, queued for deletion with our analytics provider.
- Your account email from active Fieldnote marketing lists if present.
What may be kept briefly
- Server request logs for security and debugging, up to 30 days.
- Encrypted backups, up to 30 days after deletion.
- Billing records kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- Minimal legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute records where required.
- Email suppression records needed to honor an opt-out.
- Anonymous aggregate analytics that no longer identify your account.
Before you delete
If you have a Fieldnote+ subscription through Apple or Google Play, account deletion does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store first if you want to stop renewals.
