What data Fieldnote collects

Fieldnote collects the data needed to run the app and debug problems.

Account email, optional name, and account identifiers.
Tours you start and finish, so history and passport stamps work.
Crash diagnostics, app events, and limited analytics.
AI-call trace metadata such as model, tokens, latency, cost, city, and account ID. We do not store full tour text in those traces.

Marketing site

The marketing site is cookieless and measures visitor counts using a privacy-preserving server-side hash that rotates daily.
