Fieldnote MCP tools and prompts

The connector is read-only. It searches and links to Fieldnote tours, but it cannot book, modify, delete, or transact.

Tools

• search_tours: searches the published Fieldnote catalogue by city, country, country code, duration, pace, category, or selected tour IDs.
• get_tour: returns full detail for one tour, including route context and narrative arcs.
• list_cities: lists cities currently in the catalogue, optionally filtered by country code.

Plan a trip prompt

The connector also registers a quick-start prompt called Plan a trip. Give it a destination, dates, trip length, or notes, and the host can fold Fieldnote walking tours into a wider itinerary.

Cards and links

Where the host supports widgets, results render as cards. If cards do not appear, the text deep-links still open the tour pages on fieldnote.tours.
