Troubleshoot the Fieldnote MCP connector

The connector will not connect

  • Check the URL is exactly https://mcp.fieldnote.tours/.
  • Check mcp.fieldnote.tours/healthz. It should return JSON with ok set to true.
  • If the host shows an SSL or transport error, remove and re-add the connector.

The model says no tours found

  • The connector only searches published catalogue tours. The mobile app may generate tours on demand in more places than the connector can list.
  • Try a broader query such as the country instead of one city.
  • Browse fieldnote.tours/explore for the current catalogue.

Cards do not render

Some hosts show only the model's text summary if the widget UI has not loaded. The deep-links in the text still work.
