Need a hand with Fieldnote? Email hello@fieldnote.tours and a real person will reply, usually within two working days.

Quick paths

  • Cancel Fieldnote+: use your Apple or Google subscription settings.
  • Refund: request through Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased.
  • Delete your account: use Profile → Delete account in the app, or email privacy@aradeva.com.
  • Restore a purchase: open Plan and billing in the app and tap Restore.
